Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked using South Island Peat, and distilled through hand beaten copper pot stills. This “work in progress” bottling offers notes of iodine, smoke and sweet vanillins.
Nose – Earthy peat smoke and garden herbs, sweet vanilla combines with shaved milk chocolate.
Palate – Sour fruity lollies, minerals, sea salt and rye bread, herbaceous with some freshly baked breads.
Finish – Garden herbs, sea salt, iodine and spice.
