Double distilled and then aged in these casks for at least two years in Melbourne’s dynamic climate.
Full-flavoured, rich in spice, deep and complex. A whiskey that reveals more of itself as you sip. It has a medium body and intensity, perfectly balancing the rye spice and vanilla oak influence.

Nose – Buttery dark rye bread, with hints of spice and light toffee.
Palate – Caramel vanilla, sweet allspice, clove, pepper and green apple.
Finish – Dried red fruit and crème caramel, with woody spices.
