This Gin is small batch distilled using Huon Valley apples and water sourced from lake of snowmelt at Mount Field National Park.
Taylor and Smith Gin is evenly balanced, complex and aromatic making for a lovely Dry Martini or Gin & Tonic with cucumber.
17 botanicals, both contemporary Tasmanian and traditional are added including Sweet-scented Kunzea, hand-harvested Kombu, Tasmanian Pepper Berries, and Leatherwood Honey, Juniper, Coriander, Orris, Angelica, and Blood Orange.
