About this mezcal:
– 100% Maguey (Espadin) agave. Double distillation in alembic stills. Then chicken and cacao beans are added the spirit to rest for 2 weeks before third and final distillation.
– From Oaxaca, Mexico
Tasting notes – On the nose this mezcal is earthy, with notes of leather, spice, pepper and chocolate. To taste, you are met with complex spices, and nutty, earthy, vegetal flavours.
