About this mezcal:
– 100% Maguey (Espadin) agave. Double distillation in alembic stills. Then chicken and coffee beans are added the spirit is rested for 2 weeks before third and final distillation.
– From Oaxaca, Mexico
Tasting notes – An earthy, bitter, coffee nose gives way to bitter cocoa, coffee, and slightly vegetal flavours, finishing with smooth coffee and agave sweetness.
