This vatted malt takes whisky from several Tasmanian distilleries and showcases exceptional flavour, mouthfeel and quality at a lowered ABV of 45%. Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, ex-Sherry barrels, ex-Port barrels and ex-Red Wine barrels.

Nose – Stewed orchard fruits mainly peach and nectarine, vanilla pod, toasted fig, polished oak and raspberry jam.
Palate – Cherries and plums, dark chocolate, almond meal and deep oak.
Finish – Long with cocoa, cherry jam and spicy oak.
