4 casks used, Bourbon, Sherry, Islay Quarter whisky and Mizunara oak.
Nose – Ripe apples, cookies, elegant and gentle sandalwood aroma.
Palate – Mild mouthfeel, vanilla ice cream, crème brûlée.
Finish – Long and sweet finish on dried fruits, smoke and a light ashy peat.
