This Single Malt was distilled using a mix of Tasmanian malt barley and richly peated Scottish malt. Aged in a mixture of bourbon and tawny casks to give it a lovely fruity nose yet peaty palate.
Nose – Delicate honeycomb, menthol eucalypt, beeswax, nectarine, citrus.
Palate – Marzipan, stonefruit, bush honey, gentle waves of peat, toasted muesli, spices, buttered toast.
Finish – Lingering earthy peat.
