Botanicals – Native lemongrass, mountain pepper leaf, aniseed myrtle, finger lime, wattleseed, bush tomato and lemon myrtle
Nose – Unmistakeable juniper with light citrus and botanical aromas.
Palate – Full-bodied and complex with warm peppery and savoury palate, with a delicate salinity and lingering toasted notes.
