Distilled and barrelled in the coastal town of Wollongong in New South Wales. Finished in oak casks that were seasoned with 18 year old Seppeltsfield Rare Rich Apera. Made from Palomino and Grenache grapes grown in the Barossa Valley in South Australia, this is the Australian equivalent of Spanish Oloroso Sherry.
Tasting notes – Marmalade and dried fruit peel combine with hints of walnuts, complex toasted oak, baked pears and vanilla.
