This is a recipe inspired by the diversity of Oaxaca. The use of GAD agave spirit as the base, then 8 botanicals are macerated before it is triple instilled. This is a Gin made with local ingredients as a homage to the diversity of the Oaxaca region.
Botanicals include – Juniper and 7 botanics from Oaxaca: avocado leaf, yerba santa, cacao and Oaxaca tangerine amongst others.
Notes – There is a balance between the avocado, yerba santa and the juniper with a final touch of agave.
