This 2004 limited edition was distilled and matured initially in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks. Finished in the finest Port pipe casks barrels sourced from Porto in Portugal.
Nose – Rich and festive with aromas of cooked fruits and sweet spices mingled with strawberry tarts, boiled sweets and gingerbread.
Palate – Layers of bramble and poached pears followed by black cherry, oat biscuits and chocolate ganache cushioned with oak spices.
Finish – Rounded and long with notes of dark chocolate soufflé, berry coulis and coffee grounds leaving a sweet cinnamon linger
