This joven mezcal is un-aged and crystal clear.
Roasted for 5-8 days in underground pits before a ten-day to two week fermentation. Double distilled.
Nose – Pronounced aromas of ripe fruit, bell pepper, honey, wet stone and smouldering campfire.
Palate – Lively with rounded notes of cooked agave, caramelized pineapple and fresh herbs that give way to a subtle smoky-smooth finish and a full mouth-feel.
