The world’s first cold filtered coffee vodka.
This vodka is from of a collaboration with leading specialty coffee producer St. ALi’s globally renowned Head of Coffee, Matt Perger.
The coffee is fast extracted at low temperature directly into the vodka using a proprietary process. The native Wattleseed infusion adds deep earthy tones to create a uniquely Australian coffee vodka.
Nose – Deep and luscious aromas of fresh roasted coffee and toasted wattleseed, with subtle hints of toffee, cocoa nibs, liquorice root and bitter orange.
Palate – Initially earthy and full bodied with bitter sweet, bush coffee notes with nutty wattleseed warmth, dark chocolate, salted caramel and anise subtleties, building to a complex and bitter off-dry, finish.
