Nose – Warming aromas of sweet dried spices, notably cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg humming over the sweetness of orange marmalade, fresh vanilla bean and dark caramel.
Palate – Golden syrup, star anise and an earthy, ginger spice, leading to roasted notes of raw cacao.
Finish – Dry and lingering with a tingle of black pepper and liquorice.
