This Vermouth is made with Nebbiolo wine from Piedmont. The wine is blended with selected white wines and infused with herbs, spices, and roots to create a sublime flavor.
Botanicals – absinthe, marjoram, fennel, linden, coriander, citrus peels, cardamom, bigorade, bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, cloves, gentian root, cinchona calissaya, sage.
Nose – intense and spicy.
Palate – decisive, vinous, very long that evolves from the initial sweet note into a persistent slightly tannic bitterness.
