Vermouth Excelsior, produced according to the historic artisan recipe with Nebbiolo da Barolo aged three years in oak barrels.
Botanicals – coriander, bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, cloves, gentian root, china calissaya, cinnamon, cassia, licorice, St. John’s wort, gentianella, elderberry.
Nose – intense and spicy.
Palate – decisive, vinous, very long that evolves from the initial sweet note into a persistent slightly tannic bitterness with spicy
hints.
