Nestled in the heart of a territory where cane monoculture dominates, the Bielle distillery has been producing exceptional rums since 1910. These rums come from a unique terroir rich in rural traditions, imbued with authenticity. From the stems of fresh cane cut manually, vesou, a pure cane juice necessary for the elaboration of agricultural rum, is extracted. This rum will either be bottled as white rum or put in barrels for aging.
A pure scent of distilled, fruity, bright and distinguished cane, with subtly wild Caribbean notes. A powerful mouth, of pure fruity cane, ample and expressive, with a long, generous finish.
