Small batched and aged in retired Pinot Noir barrels from Scotchmans Hill Winery.
Juniper spirit, distilled apricots and Middle Eastern black limes spend four months together in ex Pinot Noir barrels from the award winning Scotchmans Hill winery. The oak enhances the brown sugar flavours from the sweet dried apricots whilst the traditionally cured black limes add a salty sour complexity. Grains of Paradise gives sweet butterscotch with a peppery finish.
Serve with Fevertree’s Aromatic tonic and a slice of lime.
