This limited, seasonal gin is a High Country collaboration between Backwoods Distilling Co and Scion Wine (of Rutherglen).
Crafted by steeping handpicked Rutherglen Brown Muscat grapes in Backwoods’ award-winning High Country Gin. The spirit was then hand-basket pressed.
Botanical includes – Juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica root, orris root. Pepper berry, strawberry gum, peppermint gum, wattle seed, lemon myrtle.
Grape variety – Muscat a petit grains rouge.
