• 11 Year old wild Agave Papalometl “Cupreata” Capon
• Handmade in El Calvario, Guerrero
• 200 L Copper Alembic Still, double distilled
• Triple sediment cellulose filtration
Nose – Intricate tropical floral aromas, green mango and orchids balanced by subtle notes of leather and tanned hide. Multifaceted hints of olive, brewer’s yeast, pipe tobacco with a distant bushfire smoke.
Palate – Full-bodied and complex flavours of cream, parmesan cheese and olive oils balanced with bitter earthy notes of dark cacao, burnt marshmallow and smoked beef.
