Mill Molasses Rum 2019 – is made from sustainably sourced NSW high-test molasses and is one of three early explorations of the impact of raw material on rum character.
Mindfully distilled and matured in apera (sherry) casks, this release offers delicate flavour and clean profile.
It belies a subtle pot still rum personality and opens with the scent of fruits, orange blossom, acacia honey and cut grass, building to notes of sultanas and marmalade with a sweet finish of dark chocolate and black tea.
