The first whiskey in the world to be made with Australian native cereal grains, hand-harvested weeping grass, cultivated by Indigenous Australians for tens of thousands of years and offering a dry, grassy spice.
Nose – Intense cereal characteristics & apricot kernel from the Weeping Grass mingle with caramel, toffee & toasted malt from the traditional grain.
Palate – Rich and creamy with beautifully balanced french oak influence. Fresh red berry character. Apricot kernel, stone fruit and spice give way to earthy almost ginger character.
Finish – Beautiful long finish, including notes of dried apricots and kitchen spice.
