Nose – Rich and balanced aromas of stone fruit, Medjool dates, and coconut meringue, with hints of vanilla and tropical papaya rounding out a wonderfully complex nose.
Palate – Sweet and viscous thanks to the tremendous fortified wine characters of poached stone fruits and cellared red wine.
Finish – Complex oak flavours of crème caramel and chai spice begin to shine and draw the whisky back into balance.
