Fancy Fruit Cup is an Australian take on England’s favourite garden cocktail. This uniquely Australian aperitif is created by combining the award willing Triple Juniper Gin with Marionette’s barrel-aged orange Curacao as well as a blend of spices and Earl Grey tea.
Nose – Complex citrus mingles with tea, fragrant pine and wooded spice.
Palate – Sweet initially, then dry, with bergamot, orange rind, ginger root, cinnamon and juniper lingering.
Finish – Aperitif in nature, the addition of sweet curacao offers initial viscosity before along, extended finish of tea tannin and spice.
