Distilled and aged in our distillery on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour in Albany, this complex and elegant Single Malt Whisky is made from premium local barley and pristine local water, then distilled with care in traditional small batch copper pot stills. The malted barley has been peat smoked with hand foraged peat from the Valley of the Giants near Albany. This whisky was then matured in a second-fill ex-bourbon American Oak barrel then finished in an aged Sherry cask.
Exhibiting spice and fruit aromas when neat, a splash of water unleashes malted barley, and intense complex smoky aromas. This whisky has a full bodied taste and superb smooth finish.
