The Christmas Cask (2022), takes all the best bit of the precious Christmas releases, with the added layer of fortified tokay notes, bringing complexity and depth, yet still an approachable drop that sits on the dinner table for all to enjoy.
Nose – Vanilla custard swirls through brown sugar baked apples, laden with traditional Christmas spices of clove, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Palate – Lashings of butter toffee sauce poured over comforting plum pudding, as freshly baked gingerbread twinkles on the palate.
Finish – Long, rich and heartwarming.
