“KOMASA GIN Hojicha” is the second craft gin brewed by Kosho after KOMASA GIN Sakurajima Komikan. It is made by adding carefully selected botanicals such as juniper berries and hojicha from Kagoshima Prefecture to rice shochu. The dry taste peculiar to gin and the fragrant aroma of roasted green tea spread.
In addition to simple drinking methods such as carbonated water and hot water, it is also useful as a cocktail base.
