Boobialla, also known as native juniper, grows wild in the shores of Kangaroo Island and adds a piney sweetness to gin. Pink peppercorn trees grow on the Island. While Pink peppercorn isn’t related to black pepper, it looks and tastes a lot like it. Its flavours are much milder and more complex, by bringing together ingredients such as wild boobialla and pink peppercorn, the stage is set for the wildest gin imaginable.
