AKASHI Blue Label Blended Whisky is a blended whisky aged in American White Oak Shochu casks for 2 years then finished in Sherry casks and Bourbon casks to gain extra complexity.
Nose – Orange peels, honey and white pepper, spices.
Palate – Peppery, citrus, cinnamon, hints of smoky flavors.
Finish – Long finish with hints of spicy and sweet finish.
