Munich malts, rye and a dash of roasted malt build the dark base, to which Perle and Hallertauer gives a rounded, fruity bitterness. Fermented with a German lager yeast for a clean, crisp profile, chai tea added for a complex mix of warming spices and vanilla, adding a sweetness on the finish.
