Gordon & Macphail’s Private Collection range features a truly exceptional and unique collection of greatly aged single malts from a mixture of celebrated, little-known and now closed distilleries across Scotland. Personally selected by members of the Urquhart family, each release is a unique and exquisite chapter in Scotland’s whisky history.
Matured in refill Sherry hogshead cask. Distilled in 1982, bottled in 2022.
Nose – Rich sherry influences with toasted hazelnuts and subtle milk chocolate. Morello cherry notes develop alongside sweet treacle toffee.
Palate – Intense stewed fruit leads to pressed apple and demerara sugar. Raspberry compote combines with soft white pepper and a hint of dried tobacco.
Finish – A full finish with citrus and summer fruit.

Returns
We don't control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. The stock can change at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
