This Single Malt is made from South Australian barley. Double distilled. Matured in French oak barrels for 2.5 years, then another 2 years in ex-bourbon barrels. The final 6 months matured in ex-ginger beer casks.
The result is a full bodied sweet and spicy spirit with a caramel and ginger flavour profile. On the palate hints of clove, nutmeg, lime, and cacao, finishing with our signature silky buttery mouthfeel.
