This distillery has joined together all the old artisanal stills of the area and continues to combine the traditional techniques of distillation with modern technologies in order to produce worldwide famous rums.
Nose – Subtle aromas of sweet almonds and frangipane. Quite floral with a touch of toasted bread.
Palate – Frank and forthright attack, present spices and then notes of almond to soften the whole.
Finish – Balanced, with fruit brandy and a little bitterness with the presence of woody notes, a mouth-watering flavour of toasted bread which will be sure to have asking for more!
