Nestled in the heart of a territory where cane monoculture dominates, the Bielle distillery has been producing exceptional rums since 1910. These rums come from a unique terroir rich in rural traditions, imbued with authenticity. From the stems of fresh cane cut manually, vesou, a pure cane juice necessary for the elaboration of agricultural rum, is extracted. This rum will either be bottled as white rum or put in barrels for aging.
Nose – Powerful and complex, wood is present, vanilla discreet and balances with finesse.
Palate – Amplitude and roundness, the spices are found with toasted notes.
Finish – Surprising and pleasant for a rum of such power.
