This Speyside Cask delivers the essence of the region in a playful yet complex way. There is much fruitiness, mingled with fresh grassiness and honey sweetness which binds the flavours as they swell. Every element is balanced and although it is difficult to define Speyside easily, this is an excellent introduction.
