Historically, nearly all Scotch bore a distinctive smoky note, since peat was the most readily available fuel. Nowadays, however, it is much less common. This Classic Peated Cask’s expressive bursts of soot, smoke and underlying fruitiness is a tribute to the traditional peated dram.
