Finished in first-fill Sherry hogshead casks and produced in very small batches, using barley malted with high levels on peat smoke at 57ppm.
Nose – Sweet vanilla notes followed by red berries, fresh orange zest and smoky overtones.
Palate – Smooth and creamy with stewed fruit flavours, Seville orange peel and hints of cracked black pepper and charred oak.
Finish – Long lasting with lingering smoke and a hint of ginger.
