This rye whisky is handcrafted from a unique mash bill of Australian heritage rye grain, winter wheat, malted barley and chocolate malt.
Matured in a Rutherglen Tawny cask and bottled at cask strength. Only 100 bottles available.
Tasting notes – Raspberries, red lollies and dried fruits. Punchy cereal spice and roasted macadamias.
