• 11 year old Wild Agave Papalometl “Cupreata” Capon
• 200 L Copper Alembic Still, triple distilled
• Triple sediment cellulose filtration
Nose – Intricate and subtle herbal aromas of tarragon, bay leaf and rosemary with earthy mineral notes of pine resin, tree sap, aged leather and worm salt.
Palate – Full bodied mouthfeel with complex flavours of salted herb butter, jasmine tea and botanical notes of grass, sage and eucalyptus leaf with a delicate hint of smoke.
Finish – Long and complex finish with an oily minerality that lingers and leaves the palate salivating for more.
