FarmStock Rye is a tribute to the WhistlePig Farm’s grain-to-glass process, crafted with their own grain harvested by Farmer Lee, distilled with water from their well, and aged in local, sustainably sourced Vermont Oak barrels. It’s bottled in barn at the WhistlePig Farm.
Nose – Sweet and aromatic, with Vanilla, Maraschino, Roasted Chestnuts and hints of Cigar Box
Palate – Oak, Toffee and Baking Spices followed by soft notes of Creme Brulee and Rose Petals
Finish – Warm and lasting with a pleasant Rye Spice
