Tierra Noble Extra Anejo – Made with agaves from two main regions, “Valle de Tequila” for its aromatic complexity and “Los Altos de Jalisco” for the sweet and floral notes. Double fermentation process. Copper pot distillation. Matured in barrels of 75 year old American oak and 150 year old French white for up to 7 years.
Nose – Very pleasant and soft on the nose with fruity and sweet aromas; Notes of cooked agave honeys, vanilla, prune, chocolate, toasted almonds, apricot and tobacco in a perfect balance with woody notes.
Palate – Soft on the palate, balanced and complex, with flavors of dark chocolate, nuts and red fruits, a light tobacco and spices, of great persistence on the palate.
